palazzo las vegas

The Las Vegas Sands Corporation, one of the fore-running international developers of multi-use amalgamated resorts are building another world-class resort, the Palazzo Las Vegas, will open on the north strip sometime in 2007. Officials from the Las Vegas Sands officially divulged plan designs for their 1.8 billion dollar Venetian Palazzo project which they classify as "a world-class luxury hotel, casino and resort with a design reminiscent of high-end locales such as Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Rodeo Drive". The new Palazzo Las Vegas will border the famous Venetian and the Sands Expo and Convention Center.

When guests reach the Venetian Palazzo coming from the original Venetian hotel they'll cross from one hotel into the other through an extraordinary octagon-ally designed structure encompassing an iron dome and topped by a glass roof. Guests arriving form the street-side and in through the lobby of the Venetian Palazzo will be greeted by a stunning 60 foot glass covered dome.

Added to the luxurious and extravagant design of the Palazzo Resort Las Vegas design is an elite 270 unit condominium which will be built directly between the Venetian Palazzo and The Venetian itself, above the existing Barney's shop. Word is these high-rise condos could reach property values higher then any other homes located on the famed Vegas strip and will likely be bought up by the real estate savvy and rich and famous Vegas frequenters. The ornamental hotel and casino will have a massive 375,000 sq.ft. entertainment, dining and shopping complex where surely the best of the best will be found and will also include conference and meeting space to the tune of 450,000 sq. ft. that will be tied in to The Venetian Sands Convention Center.

The draw of the Palazzo Venetian Resort Las Vegas will be irresistable when completed with its fine attention to detail, extravagance, novel design and sheer size. In Vegas a popular motto is 'Bigger is Better' and hotels and casinos are constantly trying to outdo each other with their stylishly decorated guest rooms, phenomenal and flashy casinos, giant jackpots and endless amenities to please even the most finicky guest. The Palazzo Resort Las Vegas is no different and leaves Vegas lovers anticipating the completion of the enormous and awe-inspiring hotel in the 33-million-per-acre wonderland. The main hotel tower of the Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas is fore-casted to open its main hotel tower toward the end of 2007 while continuing construction on the rest of the complex.

From the appearance of the hotel and casino's lavish design it goes without saying that the Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas is going to be a show-stopper. Millions upon millions of people visit Las Vegas every single year looking forward to the new and also the old. Though at one point hotels and casinos were popping up everywhere, the strip has since filled up and real estate prices are monumental. these days when a new hotel complexes or casinos are built they are more extravagant then ever having to compete with everything in their wake.
